We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. This Recruiting Coordinator will champion a top tier candidate experience leading the candidate through their entire interview journey and will be the glue of our recruiting operation efficiencies.
What you'll do:
- Support the Talent Team by scheduling interviews across all teams, ensuring a seamless process and experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring teams and talent acquisition teammates to manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and Offchain Labs providing clear communication and support throughout the candidate’s interview process.
- Support pipeline management on our ATS, Lever.
- Work closely with the Principal Recruitment Manager on pipeline analysis to identify gaps in our recruitment processes.
- Provide ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition related projects.
What you'll need:
- 1+ years in recruiting or talent coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for detail.
- Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Passion for creating the best possible candidate experienceFamiliar with Lever or relevant ATS like Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.
- Prior professional web3 experience and / or web3 native, a huge plus.
