Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the end-to-end design vision and strategy across all BIT products, spanning web and mobile.
• Build, mentor and grow the product design team, setting the standard for design quality and craft across the organisation.
• Define and drive the overall user experience direction, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user research and real user needs.
• Establish and own BIT's design system, ensuring consistency, scalability and excellence across all products.
• Partner closely with senior product, engineering and business stakeholders to shape product direction and translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Champion user-centered design thinking at the leadership level, bringing industry best practices and a high bar for craft into every decision.
• Own the design roadmap and contribute to broader product and business strategy.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a design leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across complex, high-quality products at scale.
• Experience building or scaling a design team and design system from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Background in fintech, crypto, trading or data-heavy products strongly preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, bilingual English and Mandarin environment.

Preferred:

• Experience at a leading exchange, trading platform or large-scale consumer tech product.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction at a senior leadership level.
