About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital-raising efforts for the BIT’s private credit fund: identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, wealth platforms and strategic distribution channels
  • Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, decks, and due-diligence materials that clearly articulate the fund's thesis, structure, and return profile
  • Manage the full investor journey from initial outreach through term negotiation and closing, working closely with legal, compliance, and fund management teams
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investor leads; track engagement and progress via CRM
  • Represent the fund at industry conferences, roadshows, and investor events
  • Support cross-selling and marketing initiatives for BIT’s other financial product suite (digital asset management, custody, brokerage, structured products, RWA and prime brokerage), leveraging existing investor and client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop pitch collateral, one-pagers, market commentary, and campaign materials
  • Stay current on AI infrastructure/compute market trends, competitor fund offerings, and investor sentiment to refine positioning
  • Gather investor feedback and market intelligence to inform fund strategy and product development
  • Support team head on other initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales in asset management and/or wealth management
  • Proven track record of pitching investment products and closing capital commitments
  • Strong understanding of fund structures (e.g. private funds, SPVs) and investor due-diligence processes; familiarity with AI compute/real estate/infrastructure investment is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and pitch skills — comfortable in front of institutional investors and C-suite
  • Existing network of institutional investors, family offices, or capital allocators in Asia (HK/SG/M.East) preferred
  • Experience selling or marketing other financial products (digital asset management, custody, brokerage, structured products, RWA and prime brokerage) is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin required (written and spoken) — role involves pitching to both international and Greater China investors
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial spirited environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CFA/CAIA a plus
