Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of snacks, beverages, drinking water, cleaning supplies, and office supplies
  • Organize employee welfare initiatives, including arranging annual health check-ups with hospitals/clinics, festive celebrations, and monthly birthday gatherings
  • Support onboarding/offboarding logistics, including handling laptop/equipment collection and return for new and departing employees
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
  • Coordinate with building management on facilities-related matters
  • Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks and provide general support to the team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is a must, due to the need to liaise with local Malaysian stakeholders and regional teams across different language groups.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/networking troubleshooting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
