Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms to drive user acquisition and app installs
  • Manage and allocate multi-million dollar monthly ad budgets efficiently across channels to maximize ROI and minimize CPA
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion across APAC and global markets
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Set up and manage mobile measurement and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, GA4) to track full-funnel performance from click to conversion
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, FTD, KYC completion) and provide optimization recommendations
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging paid media channels

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads campaigns independently
  • Proficient in attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, GA4, and PowerBI
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
  • Experience managing large ad budgets across multiple markets simultaneously
  • Good understanding of conversion funnels, KYC flows, and user acquisition metrics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred:

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, online brokerage, or trading platforms
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem and crypto user behaviour
  • Experience with ASO/ASA for mobile app growth
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
