Position Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber Global Business Development professional based in Taiwan with a proven track record in the Web3 / Crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep local network—including top-tier Web3 KOLs, crypto communities, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals—to drive user acquisition and asset growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Sales Strategy: Spearhead business development and sales initiatives in the Taiwan market, with a razor-sharp focus on promoting and selling brokerage, asset management, and structured products to local investors and crypto-affluent individuals.
- VIP & Key Account Acquisition: Source, pitch, and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), crypto whales, institutional clients, and corporate partners. Drive the adoption of our wealth management and institutional asset custody services.
- KOL & Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier financial and Web3 KOLs, influencers, media outlets, and ecosystem partners in Taiwan to amplify brand presence and drive affiliate sales.
- Community Engagement & Growth: Leverage your Web3 community operation experience to design and execute high-impact local community campaigns (online and offline) to foster trust, user engagement, and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather market intelligence, regulatory updates, and client feedback in Taiwan to work closely with the product and marketing teams to optimize our product offerings for the local market.
Job Requirements
- Professional Background: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Web3, Crypto, or Fintech sectors.
- Key Client Expertise: Proven experience in VIP Sales, Key Account Management, or Institutional Relations, with a track record of servicing high-net-worth clients or crypto whales.
- Resource Wealth (Must-Have): Possess an established, active network of major Web3 KOLs, community leaders, and financial influencers in Taiwan.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of, or a strong passion for, Asset Management, Digital Asset Brokerage, and Derivatives/Structured Products. Ability to articulate financial concepts to both crypto-native and traditional investors.
- Community Savvy: Hands-on experience in managing and growing digital asset communities.
- Core Traits: Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border remote environment.
