About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring initiatives across multiple functions and regions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and contribute to a growing TA team — all in support of our continued business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies and universities
  • Support internship recruitment programs, sourcing quality candidates from top-tier universities and managing high application volumes efficiently
  • Evaluate and optimise recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within tech, fintech, crypto, or digital assets industries
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple requisitions with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring practices across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Experience supporting or managing internship hiring programs, with the ability to handle high volumes while maintaining candidate quality
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms and ATS tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred given the regional scope of the role
