Who We're Looking For:

You're a crypto native — you've been in the space long enough to have stories, opinions, and real relationships. You don't talk in buzzwords, and you can hold a genuine conversation with KOLs, funds, project teams, and retail communities alike.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Crypto credentials — real market experience across at least one full bull/bear cycle; you speak the language naturally.
  • Web3 sales track record — B2B or B2C, from exchanges, wallets, data providers, or infrastructure; you know how deals get done.
  • A real network — existing clients, offline circles, and channels you can activate; not a LinkedIn list, but actual relationships.
  • Market instincts — you track what's moving, adapt your pitch to market conditions, and don't need hand-holding to stay relevant.
  • Self-starter energy — you own your pipeline and your outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Drive full-funnel sales across BIT's entire product suite — from prospecting to close.
  • Develop new accounts while growing revenue from existing clients through cross-selling.
  • Show up where it counts — conferences, Meetups, summits — and make BIT impossible to ignore.
  • Bring client feedback directly to the product team and help shape what we build next.
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and long-term retention.

Bonus Points:

  • Based in or with strong existing networks across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Have your own crypto side project, or have organized a DAO, community, or Meetup.
  • Multilingual — Mandarin + English at minimum; Cantonese or other Asian languages a plus.
