About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to support our hiring initiatives across multiple functions and regions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent pipeline building, optimise hiring processes, and contribute to employer branding — all in support of our continued business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies and universities.
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within tech, fintech, crypto, or digital assets industries
- Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring practices across multiple regions, particularly in Asia-Pacific
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels from junior hires to senior leadership
- Proficient in recruitment platforms and ATS tools, with strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred given the regional scope of the role
