About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Singapore office. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes ownership of the office environment and ensures everything runs smoothly for the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office, ensuring a well-maintained, organised, and comfortable working environment
- Handle office leasing matters including liaising with landlords, managing lease renewals, and coordinating any office-related maintenance or repair requests
- Manage courier and mail services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of all deliveries
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate with building management on facilities-related matters
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires including workstation setup and access cards
- Assist with travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for staff when required
- Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks and provide general support to the team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- Prior experience in a tech, fintech, or startup environment is a plus
