Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key partnership relationships; identify, evaluate, and drive the establishment of long-term, stable collaborations with liquidity providers, payment service providers (PSPs), banks, channel partners, distribution networks, and enterprise clients.
- Independently manage the end-to-end business development process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, commercial terms negotiation, internal coordination, and project go-live, in support of the company's continued growth in OTC and Payment businesses.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partner channels — covering high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and key partners — to continuously improve client activity, business stickiness, and transaction conversion, thereby unlocking commercial value from existing clients and channels.
- Leverage the company's OTC business and stablecoin payment capabilities, combined with its custody and asset management product suite, to drive client acquisition and business penetration in key verticals including cross-border payments, cross-border trade, enterprise overseas expansion, and FinTech — helping traditional industry clients enter Web3-related use cases.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs across cross-border payments and collections, Crypto/Fiat conversion, fund settlement, liquidity management, and digital asset services; collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client scenarios.
- Continuously monitor developments in Crypto OTC, stablecoin payments, and the broader FinTech landscape — including market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and ecosystem partnership opportunities — providing actionable market insights and strategic recommendations to inform business development, market positioning, and product direction.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, client engagements, market events, and ecosystem partnership settings to expand industry resources and networks, and enhance the company's market influence and brand presence in the OTC and Payment space.
- Maintain close collaboration with internal operations, product, finance, sales, and client support teams to facilitate the smooth conversion of partnership opportunities and support business launches and ongoing operations; accountable for business growth and market expansion outcomes.
