Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team head on market research, marketing materials, speech and presentation etc.
• Play a supportive role in the sales lead generation and conversion cycle
• Be a point of liaison within the team for better internal communication and collaboration, may be assigned to assist other senior business development directors on specific projects and tasks, as needed

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Graduates with majors in economics, financial engineering, management, or related fields.
• Being a quick learner and strong communicator, presentable, strong in both English and Mandarin, third language is a plus
• Being savvy with financial knowledge and being able to understand and communicate clearly of our product offerings and competitiveness to clients
• Have the potential to be trained into an individual contributor and be able to perform as an independent business development professional after 1-year
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the NFT landscape.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
• Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
