About The Role
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth & User Operations Manager to own end-to-end user growth across our brokerage/crypto business.
This role covers the full user lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization. You will define growth strategies, break down targets, and work cross-functionally to drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end growth strategy across the user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue)
- Drive user acquisition initiatives, including channels, partnerships, and campaign strategies
- Optimize conversion funnels (registration → onboarding → funding → first trade)
- Lead user lifecycle management, improving retention, engagement, and trading activity
- Design and execute growth programs, such as referral systems, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns
- Build and monitor key growth metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV, etc.)
- Run experiments (A/B testing) and continuously iterate based on data insights
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, BD, and Data teams to drive growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in Growth, User Operations, or related roles
- Proven track record in driving both user acquisition and retention
- Experience in brokerage, fintech, or crypto trading platforms is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks (e.g. AARRR, funnel optimization)
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills (SQL/BI tools is a plus)
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable growth plans
- Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills
