Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain new/current core risk management system features;
• Write high-quality code and tests, perform code reviews;
• Collaborate closely with other members of the product team and QA to deliver quality software to the end users.
• Participate in requirement discussion with asset management team, risk team, and other teams;
• Participate in technical scheme discussion to ensure the stability, availability, and security of the system under high concurrent access.
• Participate in the research and development of AI agents.

Requirements:

• Backend development experience in commercial projects 2+ yrs
• Experience in GoLang development 1+ yrs
• Hands-on HTTP/WebServices/REST API knowledge
• Hands-on MySQL/NoSQL/Redis/Message queue knowledge
• Network-related programming experience
• Multi-threaded programming experience
• Linux knowledge
• Good coding habits, excellent design ability, love programming;
• Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, good team communication, and cooperation ability;

Will Be A Plus:

• Hand-on Docker+Kubernetes experience
• Hand-on Prometheus and Grafana experience
• Experience in fintech industry
