Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the HR Operations process, including organizing SOPs and internal policies.
- Provide support to monthly recruitment report preparation and HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update HR data within our HRIS and across other systems ensuring a level of accuracy.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with team members on special HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interested in exploring systems and software relevant to HR and recruitment.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Available to work 2-3 full days a week onsite will be preferred.
