Job Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of risk control systems, including requirements gathering, documentation, implementation coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), operational manuals, and rule documentation for risk-related systems and processes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to translate business and risk requirements into clear product specifications.
• Assist in driving product and system enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business and risk objectives.
• Monitor system alerts, key risk metrics, and operational indicators, and assist in investigating events triggered by risk control rules.
• Support the definition of data requirements, workflow logic, and API integrations related to risk control systems.
• Participate in ongoing product optimization initiatives, improving system functionality, operational efficiency, and risk management effectiveness.
• Track project progress, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support project planning, documentation, and delivery milestones.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, project management, risk management, or related roles within crypto, fintech, traditional financial institutions, or large internet companies.
• Experience supporting product development or system implementation projects, working closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to write clear and structured PRDs, product documentation, and functional specifications.
• Basic understanding of financial trading products (e.g., Spot, Futures, OTC) or exchange-related risk control concepts.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working on risk control systems, trading platforms, or financial product systems within crypto exchanges, fintech companies, or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
• Prior experience in product management or project management related to financial products.
