About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, processing fund transfers, and managing KYC-related communications. The role requires strong communication skills, client service orientation, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC-related communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline operational workflows.
- Support trading operations including quotation and order creation
- Ensure proper communication and documentation of trade instructions across systems and stakeholders.
- Oversee post-trading activities such as daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred);
- Strong client-facing and/or middle-office experience, or proven experience working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
