Job Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of a mentor or senior Product Manager to participate in product requirement research, analysis, and solution design.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining product requirement documents (PRD), prototypes, and related product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to support product development and ensure requirements are delivered as planned.
• Assist in product testing, issue tracking, and post-launch iteration and optimization.
• Support basic product analysis through user feedback, data review, and usage insights to improve product experience.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support product decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Business, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong interest in the Product Manager role with a clear intention to develop a long-term career in product management.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to analyze and break down complex problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
• Good documentation skills with the ability to clearly structure and present ideas.
• Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the NFT landscape.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
• Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred:

• Internship or campus project experience related to product management
• Familiarity with common product tools (e.g., Axure, Figma, Mocking tools, Confluence, Feishu, etc.)
• Exposure to data analysis, user research, or competitor analysis
• Continuous interest in internet or technology products
• Technical background or basic technical understanding
