Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end operational support for the company’s structured products (e.g., AQDQ, FCN, Accumulator, Dual Currency, etc.), including product launch, trade execution, settlement, redemption, and maturity processes
• Track key product parameters such as daily observations, knock-in/knock-out status, and yield calculations to ensure system data accuracy.
• Assist sales and trading teams with structured product quoting, order entry, and trade confirmation.
• Coordinate execution details with counterparties/banks/exchanges to ensure timely processing of trades.
• Maintain product operation data, perform daily risk monitoring, update positions, and manage margin requirements.
• Monitor exposure, leverage, and market risk indicators, and collaborate with the risk team to enhance risk management processes.
• Work with the tech team to improve internal systems and workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing manual errors.
• Drive standardization initiatives such as settlement email templates and daily PnL/MTM reporting formats.
• Maintain effective communication with Sales, Trading, Risk, Finance, and external counterparties to ensure accurate information flow.
• Prepare bilingual (Chinese/English) product reports, operational documents, and process guidelines.
• Provide institutional clients with explanations of product parameters, yield calculations, settlement breakdowns, and other operational support.
• Assist with client onboarding, product documentation preparation, and KYC/AML coordination (where applicable).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations within crypto firms, private funds, or fund management firms.
• Familiar with structured product mechanics such as FCN, Accumulator, knock-in/knock-out, barrier options, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, statistics, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas; VBA/SQL is a plus).
• Strong data sensitivity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Passion for the crypto market and trading strategies.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication across regional offices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
