Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of risk control products (e.g., OTC risk control, market risk monitoring, trading products monitoring), from requirements analysis and solution design to post-launch operations.
• Write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product prototypes.
• Maintain operational manuals, rule documents, and other related materials for risk control systems.
• Monitor the daily operating status and key metrics of risk control systems to ensure stability.
• Conduct initial analysis, classification, and handling of events triggered by risk rules; coordinate with relevant teams for follow-ups.
• Respond to and resolve system alerts and daily operational issues related to risk control products in a timely manner.
• Define and plan data requirements for risk control systems.
• Lead API integration with various business lines (Spot, Futures, OTC, etc.) within the exchange.
• Act as the main contact between risk control products and Operations, Engineering, Business, and other teams.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration to maintain platform safety.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• High sense of responsibility & attention to detail: Strong risk awareness, careful handling of operational details, and solid issue-tracking and closure capabilities.
• Understanding of exchange businesses (Spot, Futures, OTC) and common risk types.
• Operational & incident-handling capability: Strong system operation mindset; able to support 24/7 system alert response (with flexible arrangements); comfortable with handling routine operational tasks.
• Clear thinking, strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in risk control system operations or support within a crypto exchange or fintech company.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and issue analysis.
• Experience with product design tools such as Axure or Figma.
