Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of activities, from planning to rollout, and will be deeply involved in defining product requirements and building the user operation framework.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including copywriting and publishing in-app messages and announcements.
- Proficiently operate the operations backend system, configure mechanisms accurately, and ensure zero errors.
- Manage campaign launch timelines, coordinate design and development schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and take ownership of final outcomes.
- Produce campaign operation SOPs to ensure standardized, error-free cross-team execution.
Product Operations:
- Understand backend business logic and analyze gaps between existing functionalities and business expectations.
- Gather operational requirements, collaborate with product managers, and drive backend feature optimizations or frontend UX improvements.
User Operations & Optimization:
- Identify real user pain points through data analysis and research; optimize user segmentation and operational frameworks.
- Continuously monitor user behavior and improve key metrics such as account opening, funding, and trading activity.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with brokerage business processes or financial/wealth management products, with relevant industry experience.
- Strong logical thinking, able to break down complex business functions, going beyond surface-level operations to understand underlying logic.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; detail-oriented with strong SOP discipline.
- Compelling written communication skills, with the ability to operate within financial compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in equities trading platforms, brokerage services, or securities-related businesses is highly preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves working with multilingual stakeholders and materials.
