Job Responsibilities
- Content & Brand: Create high-impact content (press, blogs, social) and drive consistent brand messaging across global channels.
- PR & Media: Build trusted relationships with tier-1 media, KOLs, and industry stakeholders. Shape stories that cut across TradFi and DeFi.
- Social Media & Thought Leadership: Lead corporate X and other channels, driving meaningful growth, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Events & Campaigns: Execute campaigns around flagship events and build our presence at major industry moments.
- Strategy & Insights: Conduct market research on CeFi, DeFi. Identify opportunities at the convergence of TradFi and crypto.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, DeFi and institutional finance.
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Proven track record growing corporate X/social channels.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience in DeFi (preferably as an active user).
- Skilled in AI-powered productivity tools; proactively integrates AI into daily work.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, crafting brand strategy, and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
- Immediately available will be preferred.
