About the Role

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Construction: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data collection, processing, and analysis pipelines to ensure seamless data flow for trading and business systems.
• System Development: Participate in the daily development of trading systems and other core business modules, ensuring high availability and system integrity.
• Data Acquisition & Web Scraping: Architect and implement sophisticated web crawling systems to extract both structured and unstructured data from diverse sources using frameworks like Scrapy or Selenium.
• ETL Design & Implementation: Lead the design of robust data cleaning, transformation, and storage solutions, continuously optimizing workflows to improve data processing efficiency and quality.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain rigorous code quality through active participation in code reviews, technical sharing sessions, and the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Core Technical Skills: Proficient in Python with a solid grasp of asynchronous programming; extensive experience with data libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and aiohttp. Candidates must be comfortable in a Linux environment with strong Shell scripting and Git version control skills.
• Database & Data Sense: Familiarity with at least one major database system (e.g., ClickHouse, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and a keen sensitivity to data quality and analytical accuracy.
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, supported by a strong foundation in mathematics.
• Preferred Qualifications (Plus): * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Practical knowledge of LLM technologies (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, CodeX).
• Familiarity with other high-performance languages such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Proven track record in building complex web crawling frameworks.
