About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Core Systems team, focusing on wallet, settlement, and account management systems. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing foundational product infrastructure that supports smooth financial operations, user management, and compliance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of core systems such as wallet, settlement, and account modules.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant product solutions.
• Define product requirements, workflows, and detailed documentation to support implementation and iteration.
• Drive process automation and system efficiency improvements to enhance user and operational experience.
• Support KYC, KYT, and regulatory compliance features in alignment with international standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Fintech, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of product management experience in internet, fintech, or blockchain-related industries.
• Strong understanding of wallet infrastructure, clearing and settlement processes, and account systems.
• Experience in or familiarity with KYC/KYT and compliance frameworks within the blockchain or financial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to read and interpret global compliance documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in crypto exchanges, wallet providers, or payment and compliance solution companies.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SFC, OFAC, or MAS, and a strong compliance mindset.
• Hands-on experience in designing KYC/KYT models or integrating third-party compliance APIs.
