Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion in the crypto finance sector, including creating a sales funnel to convert leads into sales revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leading institutions, asset managers, listco., family offices, funds, and web 3 foundations to drive partnership opportunities, sales leads, and revenue generation.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the web3 space, particularly in trading, asset management, and wealth management, with a focus on converting prospects into sales revenue.
  • Represent the company as a public speaker at workshops, forums, and conferences to educate institutions about crypto finance and promote the company's services.
  • Lead educational initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of crypto finance solutions among institutional clients.
  • Stay informed about the regulatory landscape in Asia for digital assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong passion and in-depth knowledge of crypto finance, with prior experience in institutional sales or business development roles in web3, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry, leading to revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years of experience in crypto-related organizations, showcasing expertise in driving sales revenue.
  • Familiarity with trading, asset management, wealth management, and other financial services in the digital asset space, crucial for converting leads into revenue-generating sales.
  • Ability to generate meaningful partnerships and sales leads to drive business growth and increase revenue, showing a strategic focus on revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines, while optimizing sales processes for revenue maximization.
