Responsibilities

1. Participate in product requirement analysis, design test plans, and write test cases.
2. Execute functional, integration, system, performance, and automation testing.
3. Analyze test results, accurately describe bugs, and track their resolution.
4. Continuously improve testing processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Maintain proactive and effective communication with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive issue resolution.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of testing experience with strong logical thinking and problem localization skills.
2. Familiarity with distributed systems fundamentals.
3. Proficiency in one of Python/Go/Java, with expertise in at least one commonly used automation testing framework.
4. Solid computer science foundation; knowledge of networks, databases, and common algorithms.
5. Strong product sense, able to propose and push for effective product solutions during projects.

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of blockchain.
2. Testing experience in the financial industry.
3. Experience with continuous integration.
