ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring initiatives across multiple countries and regions. This role will oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, lead the TA team, and drive key initiatives including hiring for critical roles, talent pipeline building, recruitment process optimization, and employer branding — all to support our rapid business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Strategy & System Development
- Develop the annual talent acquisition strategy aligned with business planning and organizational growth;
- Define role profiles and recruitment priorities, working cross-functionally to ensure effective hiring execution;
- Lead the design and continual optimization of consistent, scalable hiring processes across regions.
2. Talent Pipeline Building & Executive Hiring
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates and build a structured talent pool;
- Establish scalable sourcing strategies through headhunter partnerships, internal referrals, and database development;
- Analyze talent market trends and provide mid-to-long-term strategic talent recommendations.
3. Recruitment Process Optimization & Employer Branding
- Enhance end-to-end hiring processes including JD standardization, interview evaluations, offer negotiations, etc;
- Organize and implement interviewer training, hiring manager enablement, and other TA-related learning sessions;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive employer branding, social media outreach, and campus recruitment initiatives.
4. New Market Talent Infrastructure
- Build localized recruitment channels and frameworks for newly established offices or markets;
- Conduct market research and establish compliant, scalable talent acquisition practices in new regions.
5. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop the TA team, providing coaching, career paths, and building business acumen and cohesion;
- Act as a key liaison between HR and business units to drive integrated hiring decisions and long-term talent strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines;
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multinational companies, tech or fintech industries;
- Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring regulations across multiple countries/regions;
- Proven success in building and optimizing recruitment systems, or setting up hiring infrastructure for new markets;
- Proficient in recruitment platforms and systems, with strong data analysis and reporting skills;
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, able to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment;
