ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand our market reach and service capabilities.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored partnership proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with banking partners, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and objectives.
  • Monitor partnership performance and conduct regular reviews to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting banking partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into overall business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
