Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR business partner team, ensuring effective execution of HR strategies and projects.
- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide HR advice and support to enhance employee performance and team collaboration.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations issues, including complaint mediation and dispute resolution.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal regulations, oversee and enforce employee training programs.
- Lead recruitment and talent management activities, ensuring effective implementation of recruitment, training, and employee development plans.
- Assist in designing and administering employee benefit plans to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of HR data, providing support and advice for business decision-making.
- Engage in organizational change management and culture cultivation to promote employee engagement and team cohesion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles, with team management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, excellent employee relations handling skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, ability to build strong business partner relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team leadership skills, able to motivate teams and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and office software, familiarity with data analysis tools preferred.
