ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the execution and administration of Performance Management cycles and Organisation Development to support the company’s overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of employees. You will also have opportunities to work hand in hand with stakeholders to learn and to devise strategies for the organisation development of performance and career planning.

Key responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of annual performance management (PM) framework and assessment to be used for the review of staff performance;
  • Conduct periodic review of HR and relevant performance and management policies;
  • Facilitate the organisation’s performance appraisal cycle;
  • Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and rewards policies, salary framework, increment and bonus matrices;

Organisation Development

  • Design and implement in-house learning and development programs;
  • Oversee internal training requests from various departments;
  • Collaborate with the overall HR team and business leaders to implement talent management strategies, tools, and processes that encourage career growth and talent mobility;
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives, regularly reporting on key talent metrics and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Management or Learning and Development human resources role;
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to the need to work with relevant stakeholders;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Merticulous, resourceful and has good organisational skills.
