Job Summary

We are seeking a Wallet Product Manager to design a comprehensive product roadmap that supports on-chain deposit and withdrawal functionalities while ensuring the scalability, stability, and efficiency of the overall infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a complete product roadmap for the wallet team that supports on-chain deposit and withdrawal functionalities, while balancing scalability, stability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications, and oversee the entire development process to ensure successful feature launch.
• Focus on the user experience of the target audience, research market trends and hotspots, new products, and refine product iteration directions and optimizations.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and various protocols, understand their technical principles, and proactively seek innovative opportunities for the product.
• Guide product iterations through data analysis.
• Work closely with operations teams to efficiently execute business processes related to wallets and assets.

Requirements

• ​​5+ years experience in product management, ideally within fintech, crypto, or related industries.
• In-depth understanding of the operational principles of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and familiarity with various application layer protocols, particularly in relation to on-chain transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize diverse requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration across departments to facilitate product development and launch.
• Data-sensitive with the ability to analyze data.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Immediately available will be preferred.
