ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities

• Supporting development and maintenance of ongoing and new metrics, and dashboards to support business insights and improve business measurement
• Working closely with different business lines to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights
• Working in collaboration with the risk team to build and organize raw data into business data for easy analyses
• Ensuring accountability over the data origination processes
• Designing, organizing, and building interactive data dashboards for easier data visualizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience performing data analysis and dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Highly skilled in writing SQL in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Superset, etc)
• Finance-related knowledge will be a bonus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Preferred experience in the cryptocurrency industry
• Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin due to the need to interact with stakeholders
