Job Responsibilities:

1. Timely replying to customers’ inquiries through telephone, e-mail and other working applications. Answer customers' questions and improving customer experience.

2. Timely responding to customers' problems to team and putting forward improvement suggestions and opinions.

3. Skillfully using the background management system to deal with matters related to contracts, invoices and so on.

5. Assisting the superior to arrange other work in need.

6. Assisting to improve departmental rules and regulations operation processes and specifications, and promoting working implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, not limited to major, with good English communication skills;

2. Fast learning ability and vigorous learning enthusiasm for new things and non professional domain knowledge, strong pressure resistance;

3.Being proactive, practical and willing to work, strong execution and strong sense of responsibility;

4. Having team spirit, could apply to a variety of tasks, and can cooperate well with the team to complete tasks;

5. Familiar with office software.
