ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Operation Executive will be responsible for undertaking operation related processes for Matrixport. The candidate will be based in Hong Kong with respective permanent residency/citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support in pre & post-sales for cryptocurrency custodian solutions
• Follow up KYC and account opening process for new clients
• Conduct training for clients and handle clients’ queries in a timely manner
• Understand client’s needs and monitor client’s portfolio and assets movement
• Gather data and prepare report for analysis
• Work closely with other business units to ensure smoothness of product integration
• Prepare monthly billing and sales commission
• Involve in the process of UAT testing to increase the user experience
• Assist in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisors

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Business Administration and/or relevant discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in account management / pre-sales & sales support, and experience in crypto-related or finance / fintech industry working experience would be a plus
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency / blockchain or fintech industry
• Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Good command in both English & Chinese
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and data analysis skills
• Detail-oriented and good team player
