Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Join Crusoe’s Finance team, playing a key role in supporting our dynamic growing digital infrastructure business unit. This role will help lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionality, sitting at the intersection of large-scale data center development, capital-intensive project finance, and high-growth corporate strategy. You will lead forecasting, budgeting and performance measurement, while partnering deeply with construction, real estate development, data center operations, project controls and leadership.

Your work will directly influence strategic financial decisions, drive operational efficiency, and enhance our finance function focused on AI-driven datacenter infrastructure. We're seeking a results driven professional with 7+ years of experience, including direct experience in infrastructure development projects. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, and wants their work to matter. The ideal candidate will bring a portfolio-level mindset to successfully manage the financial landscape of our digital infrastructure business.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Modeling: Build and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets that integrate data center infrastructure and operations into Crusoe's company-wide planning models. Partner with Real Estate Development Leads and Project Controls to validate and stress-test multi-billion dollar infrastructure models. Support ad hoc diligence for construction financing and capital deployment decisions.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting in close partnership with construction, data center ops & strategy, project controls, and accounting. Own Digital Infrastructure business lines full P&L, balance sheet, and capital allocation visibility — ensuring timely performance reporting and clear communication to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as connective tissue between digital infrastructure business teams & Finance. Translate operational complexity into financial clarity - identifying trends, surfacing risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive better decisions.

  • Financial Analysis: Lead cost analysis and monitor financial performance across the portfolio; proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability & return on capital.

  • Process & Reporting Excellence: Drive process improvements to cross-functional financial reporting - improving accuracy, transparency, and speed.

  • Executive Reports: Contribute to support broader Finance team in delivering monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates.

  • Mentor & Lead Team Members: Supervise two or more analysts, and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of high performance, intellectual rigor and professional growth.

  • Ad-Hoc & Special Projects: Serve as a trusted internal and external point of contact for finance inquiries. Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
