About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Workplace Intern for a project-based summer internship focused on employee experience, workplace operations, and event execution. This role will be primarily in-office and split across both office locations, offering a hands-on opportunity to learn how a modern workplace operates from the inside.

The core focus of this internship will be supporting the planning and execution of a large, office-wide summer event. Through this project, the intern will gain exposure to workplace operations, employee experience initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and on-site event coordination.

In addition to the project, the intern will support day-to-day workplace operations and participate in other experiential learning opportunities outlined below. This internship is designed to immerse the intern in the inner workings of the office while providing mentorship, structured learning, and real-world experience.

What You’ll Be Working On (A Day in the Life):

Workplace Operations & Office Experience

  • Participate in regular office walks to learn how shared spaces are maintained and supported.
  • Assist with stocking, organizing, and preparing conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Support light front-of-house activities such as greeting guests and assisting with visitor check-ins.
  • Organize packages and office deliveries.


Employee Experience & Learning Exposure

  • Assist with office events and employee engagement activities beyond the core project.
  • Shadow and support the Workplace team on operational and administrative tasks to understand how workplace programs function day-to-day.
  • Participate in team meetings and learn best practices for workplace operations, facilities coordination, and employee experience design.
  • Assist with planning and executing office events and meetings, including room setup, breakdown, signage, and catering coordination.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and on-site activities.


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Event Management, or a related field (or have equivalent experience), graduating between Fall 2026- Spring 2027
  • Are highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoy planning, supporting, and executing events.
  • Are curious about how offices operate and how employee experiences are designed.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Can lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and assist with basic event setup.
