About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Front Desk Workplace Coordinator to play a key role in creating exceptional workplace experiences for our South Bay office. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will ensure a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the operational needs of our rapidly growing team.

In this hands-on role, you will be a vital partner to the Senior Workplace Manager, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the office and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the front desk runs seamlessly, managing office facilities, and supporting events and employee engagement activities. As we expand rapidly in 25, your organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail will help shape our San Francisco Office into a thriving hub for our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in San Francisco.

A Day In The Life:

  • Serve as the face of the office, greeting employees, guests, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Manage visitor check-ins using the Visitor Management system, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

  • Act as the go-to resource for general office-related inquiries, such as locating resources,

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas are clean, well-stocked, and functional and address as necessary.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including setting up and tearing down spaces and coordinating catering.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.

  • Support various office-related tasks such as preparing for new hire onboarding and setting up visiting employees.

  • Contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that reflects Crusoe’s values and culture.

  • Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the workplace experience.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in workplace coordination or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.

  • You are skilled in managing day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, office supply management, and event support.

  • Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally allows you to work effectively with teams across departments to ensure smooth office operations.

  • You possess exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, prioritization, and multitasking, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

  • You excel in logistics coordination and maintaining a functional, safe, and well-organized office environment.

  • You are a creative problem-solver who consistently brings fresh ideas to enhance the workplace experience and improve operational efficiency.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $90,000 - $110,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
