About This Role:
Lead a small but growing warehouse team for a fast-growing electronics assembly operation in Tulsa, OK. Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and inventory picking and issuance.
A Day in The Life:
Lead the warehouse team in a rapidly growing and changing electronics manufacturing facility
Train and lead employees on safe and effective warehouse procedures and practices
Lead and perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile with online inventory records
Resolve discrepancies in inventory counts or warehouse operations
Mentor less experienced employees in warehouse best practices
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure and improve output from the facility
Develop and drive solutions to planning and process issues with senior management
Train employees on rigorous inventory practices ensuring accurate monthly inventory counts
Ensure control and security of material while in warehouse inventory
Collect and safely move materials from storage to designated manufacturing areas
Assist employees with material movement within the warehouse and manufacturing areas
You Will Thrive in This Role If:
You have expertise in warehouse management—with 5+ years leadership roles
You have deep knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
You understand Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
You are proficient in inventory management software and systems
You communicate effectively verbally and in writing
You are familiar with continuous improvement tools
You can effectively use Google suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet)
You can safely operate a forklift
You can lift, lower, push, and pull all sizes of material up to 50 lbs
You can stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
You can safely perform manual tasks using arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
You are a team player and are willing to take on additional roles when needed
You are able to pass a background check
